An Ethereum ICO participating address holding 200 ETH conducts transfer test
Chain data shows that an address that participated in the Ethereum ICO has awakened. The address received 200 ETH in the ICO in 2015, and 12 hours ago, it transferred 0.01 ETH to an address starting with 0x974, and then transferred back 0.000001 ETH from that address.
