CertiK: Private Key Breaches Caused $60 Million in Total Losses in October
On October 25, CertiK monitored that the biggest hacking losses in October so far came from private key compromises. Since the beginning of the third quarter, most of the losses have been caused by PKC and phishing. Since the beginning of the month, CertiK recorded 3 major PKC incidents with total losses of about $60 million: Radiant Capital with about $55 million, Tapioca DAO with about $4.5 million and Burve Protocol with about $500,000.
