Franklin Templeton has made its OnChain U.S. Government Money Market Fund available on Coinbase's Base blockchain, making it the first asset manager to build on the layer-2 blockchain. The fund, which has a market cap of $410 million, is also available on five other blockchains, with Stellar being the primary network.
