According to Bitcoin.com News, Argentine President Javier Milei announced his second-year governance plan. After inheriting an economic crisis, Milei has achieved a fiscal surplus and reduced currency issuance to zero.

He proposed cutting 90% of national taxes to alleviate the burden on the public while allowing provinces to establish their own tax systems.
