Crypto analyst PlanB, who adapted the Stock-to-Flow (S2F) model to Bitcoin, predicts that in 2025 Bitcoin (BTC) will reach an average price of $500,000. He also believes that there is a possibility of touching the peak price of $1 million with a minimum price per coin of $250,000.
PlanB emphasized that his predictions for the current cycle have come true, starting with the jump after the halving and ending with the price exceeding the $100,000 mark in 2024. He is convinced that during the cycle that has begun Bitcoin will reach a market capitalization of $10 trillion.
Such bold assumptions by PlanB have raised doubts in the community. In particular, analyst Bitcody estimated that to reach this price mark, it would take an influx of institutional capital into BTC in the amount of $8 trillion in just 12 months.
Even BlackRock can't create $8 trillion out of thin air, Bitcody countered.
In his opinion, it is more likely that the market capitalization of BTC will double to $4 trillion, taking into account the development of spot ETF and the halving effect.
In response, PlanB wrote that a fraction of $8 trillion is enough to push Bitcoin's market cap to $10 trillion. His statement is based on the concept of liquidity multiples, which states that small inflows can lead to significant increases in market cap.
