ChainCatcher news, according to CME "Federal Reserve Watch", the probability of the Federal Reserve maintaining interest rates unchanged in January is 99.5%, and the probability of a rate cut by 25 basis points is 0.5%. The likelihood of keeping current interest rates unchanged until March is 71.6%, with a cumulative chance of a rate cut by 25 basis points at 28.2% and a cumulative chance for a rate cut by 50 basis points at only 0.1%. By May, the odds for maintaining current interest rates stand at 52.7%, while there's a cumulative possibility of cutting rates by 25 basis points at about 39.7% and reducing them further by another half-point (50 basis points) stands at around just over seven percent (7.6%).
