a group of unions in the United States has applied for a temporary injunction to prevent the US Department of the Treasury from providing personal and financial data of US citizens to the government efficiency enforcement team (DOGE) related to Elon Musk. The application also requests that the court order the Department of the Treasury and its responsible person, Scott Bessent, to retrieve and protect all information already provided to the DOGE team.
