Meteora Co-Founder Ben Chow's Account Hacked Amid Memecoin Controversy
The co-founder of Meteora, Ben Chow, had his X account reportedly hacked, leading to a controversial tweet about the launch of memecoin tokens Libra, Melania Meme, and Official Trump. This tweet ultimately resulted in Chow's resignation from Meteora. Despite Chow's claims about DefiTuna founders Vlad Pozniakov and Dhirk, Meteora's official X account flagged the post as fraudulent and warned users not to click on any links. Chow's message included alleged WhatsApp conversations discussing the MATES token, but the legitimacy of these conversations could not be verified.
