The U.S. House of Representatives passes a bill to abolish the IRS DeFi broker rules
The U.S. House of Representatives voted on Tuesday local time to pass a bill, with 292 votes in favor and 132 against, to repeal the IRS DeFi broker rules, exempting decentralized cryptocurrency exchanges (DeFi) from the obligation to report sales profits and transaction dates.
