1. What is the Bitget Card

The Bitget Card is a cryptocurrency-backed credit card empowered by Visa. It is designed to provide customers with a convenient and secure spending experience.

2. Who is eligible for a Bitget Card?

For now, Bitget Cards are exclusive to VIP customers by invite only. You can check out the Bitget VIP program.

In the future, the card will be open to the public.

3. Is the Bitget Card a Debit or Credit Card?

Bitget Card in nature is a credit card. However, cardholders are required to have sufficient balance in their Bitget funding account for payment to be authorized.

4. Where can I use the card?

You can use the Bitget Card anywhere that Visa is accepted. At present, Visa is accepted by over 50 million merchants worldwide.

Upon approval of your application, a virtual card will be immediately issued to you and ready to use. The virtual card can be used for online payments and supports Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Soon after, your physical card will be shipped to you. Once the card is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via your Dashboard.

5. How does it work?

Bitget Card enables real-time conversion of your funding account balance to U.S. dollars when you make a purchase. After each qualified purchase, you will automatically receive a BGB cashback (coming soon).

6. Which cryptocurrencies can be used?

Currently, the Bitget Card supports USDT (Tether) as the accepted cryptocurrency. But very soon, we will expand

supported cryptocurrency's list to include BTC, ETH, BGB, USDC, etc.

7. Can I withdraw cash from ATMs using the Bitget Card?

You can withdraw cash from ATMs that display the Visa logo using your physical Bitget Card. Note that applicable fees and withdrawal limits may apply.

8. Is there a limit on how much I can spend with the Bitget Card?

Yes, there are spending limits associated with your Bitget crypto credit card. These limits may vary based on factors such as your VIP level and card usage history. For details about your specific spending limits, refer to Bitget Card Fee Schedule and Spending Limit.

9. How do I activate my Bitget Card?

Virtual card: Once your Bitget Card application is approved, your virtual card will be automatically activated.

Physical card: Once you receive your physical card, you can activate it from your Bitget Card Dashboard.

10. Can I link my Bitget Card to other payment platforms like Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Bitget Card supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, but compatibility with other payment platforms may vary. We recommend that you check the available integration options with us.

11. Are there any fees?

  • Crypto conversion fee: 0.9%

  • Foreign transaction fee: 0.5% on top of Visa's foreign transaction fee

  • Annual fee: None

  • Dormancy/Inactivity fee: None

  • Card cancellation: None

  • Card issuance fee:

    • None for first-time issuance;

    • For card replacement, we charge a fee of $59 for the Premium Card and $199 for the Black Card.

  • ATM fees: 2% withdrawal fee in USD; 4% withdrawal fee in currencies other than USD

12. Can I order an extra Bitget card on my account for someone else?

At present, a single Bitget user ID can only order a single Bitget Card. No additional cards are supported.

13. Can I pay for things in a foreign currency?

Yes! You can use your Bitget Card to pay in foreign currencies such as GBP, EUR, HKD, TWD, VND, AUD, and more. Note that a foreign transaction fee will apply.

14. How long will my Bitget Card remain valid?

Your card will be valid for 3 years. You will not be able to use your card after its expiry date. This agreement shall terminate when your card is canceled or expires and is not replaced.

15. Will the Terms Conditions ever change?

We may change these terms and conditions and will assume that you agree with the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must tell us before the changes apply. If you cancel your account in this way, then we will return any balance on the account to you, and you will not be charged a redemption fee.

An up-to-date version of the account's terms and conditions, as well as any notices of future changes, will always be available via our website. You should check our website and your online account portal regularly for such notices and changes.

16. What if I have a complaint?
