2. How to claim or search spot fee rebate vouchers

2.1 You can find your vouchers via the following methods:

Go to Profile > Dashboard > Coupons > Spot fee rebate vouchers

App:

Go to Profile > Coupons > Spot fee rebate vouchers

2.2 Once claimed, the spot fee rebate voucher is ready to use without additional transfers.

3. Usage rules

3.1 The spot fee rebate voucher can only be used to refund spot transaction fees, which are refunded after the trade is completed. The rebate amount corresponds to the net transaction fee per filled trade, excluding other fees.

3.2 Rebates are distributed in USDT.

3.3 Each spot fee rebate voucher has a value, and some come with a rebate rate.

Example: If you receive a spot fee rebate voucher worth 50 USDT with a 50% rebate rate, and you make a spot trade that incurs a 10 USDT transaction fee, the system will automatically apply the voucher. After the trade, 50% of the fee (10 × 50% = 5 USDT) will be refunded to your spot account. The remaining voucher balance will be reduced to 45 USDT, which you can continue to use for future spot trades.

3.4 If you place multiple spot orders at the same time, the vouchers will be applied sequentially based on their transaction time.

3.5 If you have more than one spot fee rebate voucher, only one voucher can be used at a time. The voucher closest to expiry and with the highest rebate rate will be used first.

3.6 Vouchers are non-transferable.

4. Terms and conditions

4.1 Spot fee rebate vouchers will expire if they are not claimed within the claiming period.

4.2 Once claimed, spot fee rebate vouchers must be used within their validity period.
