On December 12, Meta Platforms donated $1 million to the inauguration fund of President-elect Donald Trump, one of the steps taken by Meta to repair its relationship with the Trump administration. Previously, Meta had not made similar donations to either President Biden or Trump's first term. (Bloomberg)
