Rules of Onboard

The following rules will apply when deciding your market maker tier, and the highest applicable tier will be your initial tier.

Exclusive for new market makers: Enjoy the market maker benefits of your applied tier for a two-month period. You will be promoted if your assessed tier is higher than the applied tier during this period.

Assessment Criteria
- Bitget's assessment data combines both spot and margin trading volumes, while futures trading volumes are excluded from this data.
- The final tier will be determined based on the best outcome from three assessment criteria.
- Reapplication will not be permitted within two months following disqualification.
- Your maker ratio must remain above 75%. Failure to maintain this rate may result in a warning; in severe cases, it may lead to the revocation of market maker status and all associated benefits.
- Maker Ratio = Maker Volume ÷ (Maker Volume + Taker Volume)

Weighted spot maker volume = Spot maker volume × Weight of Base currency * Weight of Quote currency(Table 2)

Example: Suppose your maker volume in BTCUSDC is 100 USDT, the base currency is BTC, the weight is 1, the quote currency is USDC, and the weight is 2, then the weighted Maker volume = 100 * 1 * 2 = 200 USDT

Spot maker volume Share = Your spot maker volume ÷ Total Bitget spot maker volume × 100%

Spot quote ranking（Parameters）

The total number of participants for ranking includes all market makers .

Total quoting score during the assessment period = Sum of daily quoting scores during the assessment period.

Daily quoting score = sum of daily quoting scores for all pairs.

Daily quoting score for a pair = maker volume * qualified quoting ratio * weight of the pair.

Qualified quoting ratio for a pair = qualified snapshots / total snapshots.

The logic of checking the qualified orders

Daily data collection time: 12:00:00 AM - 11:59:59 PM (UTC+8)

Snapshots will be taken three times per minute, totaling 4320 snapshots per day.

A qualified snapshot must meet the following requirements:

Quote must be on both bid and ask sides

Total Bids shown > Cumulative Minimum Size

Total Asks shown > Cumulative Minimum Size

The Bid / Ask spread is calculated as( [ Ask price at Minimum Size ] - [ Bid price at Minimum Size ] ) / { ( [ Ask price at Minimum Size ] + [ Bid price at Minimum Size ] ) / 2 } < [ Required Bid / Ask spread ]

Maker rebate: maker rebate is paid in real time.

Assessment cycle:

a) Time zone: UTC+8.
-
b) Each natural day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 is the minimum data collection unit.

c) Each natural month is an assessment cycle.

Daily report: The MM registration email address will receive Market Maker Data Report on a daily basis.
-
Tier adjustment: The rate will be adjusted automatically at the first day of every calendar month.

Frequency limit:
-
a) Main account and sub-accounts have separate limits.
-
b) Spot, margin, and futures accounts have separate limits.
-
c) Within the futures account, USDT-M, USDC-M, Coin-M futures share the same limit.
-

Market makers accounts are not eligible to participate in rebate programs like Referral Program and KOL program.
-
Market maker accounts cannot participate in the BGB service fee deduction project;
-
Combining multiple main accounts for assessment is not supported.
-
The volume of the sub-accounts is combined with that of the main account. Sub-accounts enjoys the same tier and perks as the main account.
-
The volume of the pair which Maker fee + Taker fee = 0 will not be included in the assessment of market makers.

Bitget reserves the right to modify the market Maker assessment rules in accordance with market changes.
