SafeMoon CTO pleads guilty to $200M crypto fraud Thomas Smith, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of U.S. blockchain company SafeMoon, has pleaded guilty to participating in a $200 million cryptocurrency fraud, as reported by Cointelegraph.
